Terms & Conditions
Please review the terms governing the use of this website, tenant support services, and legal document preparation assistance.
Effective Date and Last Updated
Effective Date: May 14, 2026

1. Introduction / Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vantage Defense Group website, forms, consultation scheduling, intake support, document preparation assistance, and related administrative services. By visiting this website, submitting information, scheduling a consultation, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or submit information through our forms.
2. Important Non-Attorney Disclaimer
Vantage Defense Group is not a law firm. Its employees, consultants, intake coordinators, document specialists, and representatives are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation.
Use of this website or our services does not create an attorney-client relationship. We do not appear in court, negotiate on your behalf as legal counsel, advise you on legal strategy, interpret the law for your specific circumstances, or guarantee any legal outcome.
You are encouraged to consult a licensed attorney for legal advice about your rights, deadlines, defenses, options, and obligations in any housing-related matter.
3. Description of Services
Vantage Defense Group provides tenant support and legal document preparation assistance for individuals responding to housing-related notices, deadlines, and administrative requirements. Services may include consultation coordination, intake guidance, scheduling support, document organization support, general administrative assistance, and preparation support for client-directed documents.
Any documents prepared through our services are prepared using information you provide and under your direction. We may help organize information, format documents, coordinate next steps, and support timely administrative handling, but we do not decide what legal position you should take.
4. Consultation and Service Limitations
Consultations are intended to gather information, explain available administrative support services, coordinate document preparation needs, and identify next steps within the scope of non-attorney assistance. Consultations are not legal advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.
We do not promise that a document will be accepted by a court, landlord, property manager, government office, or other party. We also do not guarantee deadline extensions, case dismissals, favorable settlements, eviction prevention, or any other particular result.
5. Payment Terms
Pricing depends on the service requested, urgency, document needs, location, administrative complexity, and any quoted service package. Fees, payment schedules, deposits, and installment arrangements will be presented before payment is collected when applicable.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Vantage Defense Group or its payment processors to charge the amounts you approve. Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms, security controls, and verification requirements.
6. Refund / Cancellation Policy
Because document preparation and intake work may begin shortly after payment, refund eligibility depends on the status of the requested service, work already performed, administrative time incurred, and any written service terms provided at checkout or intake.
To request a cancellation or refund review, contact us as soon as possible. Approved refunds, if any, may be reduced by completed work, processing fees, third-party costs, rush handling, or other non-recoverable expenses. Completed, delivered, or substantially prepared services may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information; reviewing all documents before use; confirming deadlines; choosing whether and how to submit documents; and deciding whether to consult an attorney.
You agree not to submit false, misleading, unauthorized, or unlawful information. You are also responsible for maintaining copies of notices, communications, court documents, leases, payment records, and other materials relevant to your housing matter.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantage Defense Group, OHP Group, and their owners, employees, consultants, contractors, vendors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost housing opportunities, missed deadlines, adverse legal outcomes, lost income, or emotional distress arising from use of the website or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the website or services will not exceed the amount you paid to Vantage Defense Group for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a different limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
9. Confidentiality
We treat client-submitted information and documents with care and use them for intake, scheduling, document preparation, customer support, payment processing, service delivery, compliance, and related operational purposes. Access is limited to personnel and service providers with a business need to support your request.
Confidentiality does not create attorney-client privilege because Vantage Defense Group is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, payment dispute process, compliance obligation, or to protect rights, safety, and system integrity.
10. Intellectual Property
The website, brand elements, page layouts, service descriptions, forms, internal workflows, graphics, copy, templates, and other materials are owned by Vantage Defense Group, OHP Group, or their licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, scrape, modify, or create derivative works from these materials without written permission.
Documents prepared for you may be used by you for your personal housing-related matter, subject to any applicable service terms and payment requirements.

By using the website or services, you acknowledge that information may be processed through website hosting, analytics, scheduling, CRM, payment, communications, and operational systems used to support service delivery.
Please review the Privacy Policy for more detail about personal information, SMS consent handling, cookies, third-party service providers, and contact options.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision below, any permitted court proceeding shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern informally.
14. Arbitration Clause
Except for matters that may be brought in small claims court or claims seeking injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property or confidential information, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.
Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis by a neutral arbitrator under rules selected by the arbitration provider, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. The arbitrator may award relief available under applicable law, but may not conduct a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
15. Class Action Waiver
You and Vantage Defense Group agree that disputes will be handled only on an individual basis. Neither party may bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, collective action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding related to the website or services.
16. DBA Notice
Vantage Defense Group operates as a DBA of OHP Group. References to "Vantage Defense Group," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms may refer to Vantage Defense Group, OHP Group, and authorized personnel or service providers acting in support of the business.
17. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, legal requirements, telecom compliance standards, payment processor requirements, or website operations. When updates are made, the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
Continued use of the website or services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
